Description
After watching silent hill I got the idea to create this.
I used a photo of me taken by Neil Flintham and chose different effects within corel photopaint 11 to manipulate it.
I wanted it darker and freaky so I chose a tone changing option and selective colour until i was happy with it.
I also masked off areas so i scould get the colours how i wanted.
