Beautiful image. Evokes the old world. Also, to me, there's a sense of loneliness even though the sidewalks are filled with people. Excellent job.

You really have a knack for capturing the time of day in a scene with the lighting. Love the bright like and strong dark shadows here.

Breathtaking! I love the light reflection in the windows nicely balance with the light in the sky and the cold mist rising from the street. I looks very cold there. Wonderful contrast in this photograph. Excellent work.

you know, the later one is more dramatic, but this one has a natural beauty. There's a softness to this one, and the buildings seem more 'bathed' in your light than dissolved by it. They're really two different pictures, and while I like the second one, I don't see it as an improvement but more as another version. I like this one as much. Shows me why I hope, one day, to spend time in your earlier works. There's a lot here that I've missed that is very fine...
