Description

It is more or less just a test render, nothing special. And I wanted to make some texture, render and lighttests with Carrara too. I love this program ;))). The result turned out that well that I decided to upload it :) I've seen so many excellent pictures on different communitys on the net with that awesome freestuff Snake from DAZ that I also wanted to play around with it ;) The picture from lofty, here from the rendero community inspires me most. I just wanted to try and test something like this with the possibilities of Carrara. Except of the signature there is no postwork. So I am no pro and I'm still in a learning process with Carrara if you know what I mean, but I'm quiet satisfied with the result. What do You think? Any kind of critic and comments are welcome. Hope U like it Cheerio

Really nicely done for a test work. Great texture work and the DOF is really well done. And if you posed that, nice work there too. All the fine subtle curves over its body are very convincing! Bravo man!

Overall a great render. The eye looks too reflective, like a mirror. Other than that it's close to photo quality.

Thanks for your comments :) @ striving - to be honest, I didn't actually posed the snake, it's a preset-pose. I only twist and bend the head and some parts of neck a little bit. @ krickerd - you are right, the eyes do look reflective but its a texture.
