When I see buildings this height, I think about how the romans could build buildings that high and I realize they are not just edifices of the turn of the century that got outgrown by the skyscrapers or abandonned for the suburban business park campusses of lower buildings. I wonder what is in them besides professional offices. They don't have friendly entrances with mezzanines or lobbies though so you have to have a real reason for going inside.

Great photo of a nice old building. Looks like a hotel in Portland,Ore. Looking thru the archway makes the photo quite dramatic. HUGS!!!!
