A beautiful piece of work, and true to the original. The loss of detail seems suitable for a smaller image. She may well be the Countess Worentzoff. There is a similar pose in San Francisco (Hyacinth Gabrielle Roland, Marchioness Wellesley of 1791 - is this lady related to Wellington? His earlier name was Wellesley I believe).

yup..Wellesley originally. He had a mistress, y'know..;) could be her. Dang, I couldn't do anything like this in a million years..;) fantastic..keep it up..

Thanks for comments folks. Pleased you like it! Cliff - Someone years ago said that it COULD be Countess Worentzoff, and it stuck, but it's probably not for all sorts of reasons. I'll PM you.
