A Great Green Bush Cricket (Tettigonia viridissima) also from
last year. This is a nymph, which means its not yet fully grown up. Its
sitting on a dandilion so that should give you some idea of its length.
Fully grown these guys can measure up to 5.4 cm (2.13 inch) which
makes it one of the largest insects in Northern Europe.
