Sometime the light falls just so and you have to take a photo of it. Such was the case with the church bell tower. Some of you may recognize it from a recent thread in the Photography Forum as the other side of the church pictured there. I had trouble deciding whether to go with this shot or another I took more zoomed in on just the bell tower structure, but this one had a more complete feel for me. Wasn't he in the 101st Airbourne or something like that (Jimi that is? Putting a interesting context on "kiss the sky" and peace and love and all that). The sectarians of the Agha Khan are descendents of the assassins, aren't they? Bligh, through a singular act of seamanship and navigation, made it to Australia or thereabouts, Christian's and his crew's descendents still live there last time I looked. To prove something possible is not the same as proving that it happened (Heyerdahl). Flora and Fauna were both deities, and peculiarly Latin ones at that....

Good news and bad news this day back in time and this tower will have seen many years passing by! Gorgeous work, Kort, love the light but too bad about those reflections in front of the palm trees! The combination of colors is intriguing, yellowish, blue, green and beige!
