Connecting Routes 6, 195, & 32 across a bridge in Willimantic, Connecticut. USA, there are 4 of these bronze/copper sculptures. Each faces to one of the four winds N,E,S,W. Googling "Windham or Willimantic Frogs" will result in the stories behind the Frogs.
