After yesterday's posting of "Storybook Columbus," my Scandinavian friends have protested that I make a small correction to my scene.

Yep, you've been corrected. The Vikings discovered North Anerica in 1000ad in a place called L'anse Aux Meadows, right here in Newfoundland, Canada. As a matter of fact I've been working on digital paintings of this event for months now. I'll post some latter on this summer. This year marks the 1000th anniversary of this event, and we are doing a book to commemorate it..............Cheers,H2;-))
