Description
(From www.paf75fr.com, "Oh my boat" project, WIP.)
Dear colleagues & friends from the web,
'Rivers World' is a > 512 Km2 Island with mountains and rivers nodes, lakes, volumetric atmosphere. It takes a lot of time to compute, and memory requirements are really important (about 2.4 gb Ram (virtual + physical) , PIV 2.4Ghz).
Thanks to Pandromeda development team, Bernard Kh, & Dmytry for tools used to create this world onto MojoWorld.
Please, note this is not the middle Earth from the Lord of the Ring :-)
' Hope you appreciate this lanscape & Global Atmosphere. Regards from Paris, France.
Patrice-Alain :-)

Patrice - Alain,,,,welcome to the Mojo Forums t Rosity:) really great shot you have there but Im tryin to understand...was it created from within Mojo or an import?

It's a 100% MOjoworld work, render too. No import at all, just a river terrain (very large) plug and volumetric myst & strong clouds on the atmosphere (sun lights increased), ocean with water displacements... Thanks for your comment.

(Details about releases) Yes, I'm back slowly... but surely :-) In fact, first 'Rivers World' work were with Bernard KH' Plug (mist effects n'co), present here. The Dmytry plug (public release 0.9) integration onto this atmosphere is still in progress, of course alone without the older release, from Bernard... just 'volumetrics' for clouds (multi layers), yes. I try some IsoSurfaces onto it too. The current picture present here is the older one, the newer one will coming soon (?), but the reality is the old computer used to do that can't solve memory problems encountered to compute the final render : between two squares of pictures in Tile mode (mode used because of memory pb for entire image in one time), there is some lighting problems only on clouds, something like a chess board onto the final render ! ' hope to solve this little bug like (but it's not) due to a lot of memory requirement, I'm pretty sure... (If I only have a Bi-dual core...) Thanks for yours comments again :-)
