Just move the sun control to different places (the big ball at top-right of the sky controls) and make test renders until you like the shadows. The Bryce render itself looks real good and I like the mountain texture. The Wolf tube also works real well.. the shadows under him are broken up enough to pass inspection. The painted wolf/bird reflections are cool, just a bit out of position and perhaps some water ripple. Hope you get feeling better soon. Let me know when you have time for another lesson. I want to show you how to put a PSP tube into Bryce at pre-render time, so that reflections and shadows are natural and don't need to be added to the image in touch-up after the render. I'm teaching Mom how to do flowers, right now, for the same reason. Rest and let your hands recover. Over all, the above image is one of your best in the Bryce domain. Big thumbs up for your efforts at adding realism using PSP.. Continue the practice. Hugs & Vote from Dave :^)

Good work on this Evie, you keep going and going and someday you'll look back at these as learning the hard way. Excellent mountain face, and water. Good go at the reflections. :) Peaceful valley... yes indeed...
