I've always been fascinated by flamenco; not just the guitars, the rhythms, the singing or the dancing and the castanetas, but the whole atmosphere that surrounds a gathering of musicians and dancers. The families, the response to the dancers taking turns, the seriousness, the determination, the respect. It's so much more than music, guitars, singing and dancing. Your image captures a bit of this atmosphere. Excellent shot!

I think this image is wonderful. I actually am headed on a 400-mile journey tomorrow, where I will be discussing the crafting of a flamenco negra guitar, for which I then will eagerly await three years while it is lovingingly created. This image is providential confirmation for me of my decision, and the photo you have shared is very meaningful to musicians everywhere. Thank you, my beautiful friend, for giving us this great gift.
