Description

Bellamy's Lake, Halifax County, North Carolina. This is an excellent place for fishing, but not for swimming (too many deadly snakes)! In fact, even the vantage point from where this photo was taken can get the unwary hiker bitten,
not just by deadly snakes either, but by spiders, mites, ticks, and other nasty creatures. Captured using a Nikon D50 outfit. Thanks for looking, have a wet & wild day!

Pure fairytale stuff!! I had some bad experiences with bugs and mosquitoes, so I would approach such places with caution... Excellent work!

This watery shot is sooo perfect! Why beautifull places has deadly snakes and bitting, stinging things? Not fair!
