Is the rain a texture of some type or a filter? Nice effect either way.

Very nice work. I like the rain. One small thing that caught my attention though. The rain's blowing at an angle as to suggest a strong wind, but her hair is stationary; rested. (Though this could be massave amounts of hair spray I suppose.)
