Description

Same terrain & nearly the same surfaces as used for my previous render. Rendered at 3000x4000 pixels. Postwork : resize, noise filter (NeatImage) for the sky part, sharpen for the landscape and the cloud, slight contrast adjustment for the whole picture. The noise filter was used to erase the bands in the sky, but unfortunately these bands are still here after the .jpeg compression. Thanks for viewings and comments !

lovely image. I LOVE the clouds here. Also, I don't see any compression lines, maybe something very faint, but I had to look very hard, and move my screen around a lot to find anything

The bands are hardly noticed. The sky would do nicely with a star field. Terrain and surfaces are a perfect fit.

The 'bands' are barely visible. Excellent work on this... from your superb surfacing the variation in tones, to that gorgeous sky... Beautifully done render.
