Description

The second one of three. The instrument M'ress is playing is completely make- beleive- in that it's not from any Star Trek material. For those who want a name for it, I call it a 5 string Caitain Kyan. Both the skirt and the necklace are from Renderosity's free section.

I think I'd hold the Kyan with the triangle butted against a sounding board on the floor, and sit with the other end at my chest or shoulder. I'd tap a rhythm out by letting the Kyan lift briefly in time with the music, keeping it mostly on the sounding board for volume, and letting the sudden quieter lifted moments be a kind of "negative-space" beat. Hmmmm...maybe I'll build one, and try it out! If you drag a claw along a vibrating string, I bet you can make it yowl! :)

Humm... hard to see how she's holding the 5 string Caitain Kyan. But glad to see her playing music as it has been mentioned Caitians are very into the arts.
