Great stuff! I always look forward to seeing your renderings. I might suggest some floor treatment at the bottom stairs, and/or some misty fog there. The eye is naturally drawn to where the person is looking. Still, wonderful!

How the heck did I miss THIS?! Fantastic image - the composition and lighting are superb as always - as is the texturing! You're very good at leading the viewer directly to the subject, and then letting the eye wander and find more - just makes for a great experience - well done!
