Nice image especially the plant. The water surface needs a little fine tuning. Otherwise top notch work as usual.

This is quite beautiful. The textures are wonderful. Like tkane18 said, the water could use a little work. I think that there is too much perturbation and too much amplitude in the bump channel. Try lowering those two things. Also, the face spewing the water appears much shinier than the rest of the fountain. Maybe turning down the highlight, shininess and reflection just a bit. I'm nitpicking, the image is really wonderful.
