Description

I just played around with some dynamic clothing again. In the first testrenders I always uncheck the raytrace box for the objects in my scene so I can see how the lights work. I liked how the body shadow turned out here, so I decided to leave it as it is. The golden glitter I used on the Jessy dress is out of the new Edda package by SaintFox, called there "Hollywood" and so I named the image "behind the scene" :) Postwork here: adding background and my sign. used: Jessi, Edda Character, Koz hair, Shawl I got by RDNA, dress our of poser, Gorgon Hall by DAZ, Shoes by Nyl, Pose, shaders and lights by me

I'm sure this happened by accident - but it adds a neat spooky/sexy (you decide) effect to the image: The clothes cause no shadows ;o) Off of that this golden material is outstanding!!!

Great render love the body shadow... A cool idea would be to ad gold reflections on the walls from her dress, like a mirror ball. Great image. ;-)

@SaintFox- No. THIS isn't an accident. I turned off the raytraceshadows and I liked the effect. I decided by brain to leave the shadows away :) Just , as You said, because of the spooky thing and a bit to show that things that mean the world to somebody are nothing behind. Like the Shiny Hollywood ;)

When you do big deep scenes like this, you have to face DOFocus. As with the shadows. They should break up as they go further. I've lowered shadow to 0.40 and blur up to 12. Rendering in layers helps too. Blurring in post and importing as a bg layer. Poser DOF just sucks.

Beautiful work here love the look and feel of the entire scene; the almost monotone look and feel of marbal background scene and the bright colors of model and dress. Please tellme the red scarf was that part of the dress as well? Excellent work of art here
