Description

Fort Capuzzo, an Italian frontier post on the Libyan - Egyptian border during ww2. This was mostly just an excercise in modelling damaged brickwork, + all the bullet holes are geometry (even the tiny ones). There was surprisingly little work involved in this, less than 6 hours from start to finish, the flak38 model was one i made earlier, i think theres a few detail shots of it over at military-meshes.com somewhere. It was sharpened up in post to give a sort of hand painted look, i know its not to everyones taste but i quite like it. comments welcome...

The smoke looks a bit smeared to me, but this is a great image.

Verry well done. I must say that these WW2 battle environments are my favorite of your work.

Very nic concept. I agree with NobleOnix about the smoke, though.
