"As Rayn meditates (wondering how it ever got so crazy lately) on her favorite overlook just outsiide Tribunal City, she touches on some inescapable facts; everyone; not just the adjudicators, coming through Portal 6, seemed to be a little weirder than normal lately.
And then the rumors of illegal genetic trafficking;
Abducted ET Males being the source?!!? Absurd. No Facilitator could be that desperate. Maybe Nori & Nerlande will have some news about these rumors. They're due to arrive any day now."

Nice work; I like that the mon is is just visible, it keeps the kimono ( I assume?) from becoming a confusing black mystery garment. Plus, the tatoo is hot, which I mention because of the '98% common' problem. Heh.
