Description

During a shoot with Lucy, I asked her to hold a couple of weapons to see how they looked in comparison to her small size (she's 4'10"). Her reaction upon holding a 32" Chinese short sword (looks like a massive cleaver)? A big smile and giddy laughter. You'd have thought it was Xmas morning. :) We shot for a little while longer with different dangerous looking shiny things. This knife was one of her favorites. Canon 10D - 28-135mm IS Lens - 1 Strobe light

I'd say it works very well with her. While I love Fantasy/weaponry paintings or 3d works, the same with photography usually doen't work well, making it look cheesy or cheap. This absolutely is the opposite. Maybe it's the tight cropping, her expression...I don't know, but it definately comes together to create a fantastic photograph.
