Hi there i love the yellow of the tulips and you have a crisp clear image of them. I think you have got to much going on in this image in the background though and could of concentrated more on getting in just the tulips. I hope i wasn't to rude and can't wait to see any other images you have.

Nice one (again) hon - goes very well with a lot of your other work too. But oi! I thought you were meant to have been staying away from flowers for a bit?

@willo: It's impossible for John to stay away from flowers. he sees a nice posey and goes for it. Love this picture, John. I'm glad you put in the background. It's an English garden to me!

Wonderful light on these tulips! I have been trying to capture them too, but nothing as nice as this - well done John +++

The thumb doesn't begin to do this justice. The depth and lighting are simply exquisite. I'm envious of your talent, vision, and even, yes, your camera!!! Darn, John, this is amazing photography, way beyond good. "V"

Another shot to make your heart & soul feel good. Logging on to RR is the perfect antidote to watching the news. With pics like this to feast our eyes on, how can we possibly feel the world is a bad place?
