Description

I do not know if it goes in people or modelling. I at the art walk. I walked down the street at 6 pm then at 730pm I was going back to where i started the artwalk for there a live band going on. Yes I took photos of the band i just did not post it yet. I was half way down the street when this lady walk around the corner of a building. I was taken aback when I saw her and I just ask her real fast if I can take her photo. She stop and stood like this and I took the photo and show her on my camera I got it. She took off not saying a word to me; just talking on the phone. I walked in the other way to where the live band was all happy. It strange how things happen at times and this was a strange time and image too. You or at lest I do not see people like this dress up walking down the street at dusk. But then I saw those dressed up people under the mighty oak tree close to Don's seafood place to eat.[ very good place too if you here in Lafayette,La.] I undrstood then where she came from. ******************************************* One of my neices is comeing from out of town to see the family here in lafayette. not just me but all her great anuits and all for she wish them to come to her wedding so I may be out for a few days I have to see what going on. I be going. This will be her 2th time so I hope it will work out. Did not meet her man yet. Might tie him up and tell him if he hurt her I hurt him hahaahahah just a ideal. Always jokeing around here. thanks for looking and reading and comments too. Guess I getting to long winded here. so tell me to keep quite Hope all doing well too.

Great shot of someone who is so self indulged she doesn't seem to notice her surroundings. I hate those damn cell phones.. It seems like every other person has one stuck in their ear just like this young lady..even worse, I see so many while people are driving. It's against the law here in Santa Fe, but people do it anyways. Sorry about the rambling Jocko =( Proud of Kimmers not owning one.

Your gypsy update is proper though I miss the fire and the leaping swordsmen. Probably the lack of mountains is what is doing it. Hippies are being reborn today as gypsies though real gypsies say the road is direct.

I agree with rayburg, cell phones were intended to allow people to keep in touch BUT has evolved into an instrument that so dominates peoples lives that they are oblivious to the world and others around them. They have become isolation chambers. Maybe gives me an idea for a Bryce render.
