Kodak Dig & GIMP (scaling & sig)
I like this image because it has the red in it just to add some "touch".. The houses in the background is close to where I live.. (I think I'm acutally a little lower behind some of them trees)
I considered cropping but didn't know where too.. Maybe a little on the right? What do you think?

Wow, you sure live in a beautiful place dont you. What a magnificent view. I agree about the red adding that little extra. But dont crop it at the sides please. If anything, i would try to crop it in the middle. Yeah...i sound nuts dont i? But i would try to get rid of a portion of that river and move up that bridge (or whatever it is in the foreground) so that youd get a wider view, yet keep the perspective. Easier said than done though...so just keep it this way. LOL. Its perfect the way it is...im just rambling. #:O) Enjoy your weekend!
