Description

Daz does the Eurovision Song Contest (with apologies to Finland... ;) In case you were wondering, it's a small tradition in my family to all get together for the Euro, lie on the floor, share a couple of bottles of Baileys with Mr Terry Wogan (by proxy) and laugh ourselves sick. Sadly, I'm not with my fam tonight, but hey, we're still drinking the Baileys... ;) Hope yoouse is all enjoying this as much as I am and GO FINLAND!!! 'cos the UK entry was... er.. well more like a bad night out in Ibiza with some dubious bloke desperately trying to dress 1o years younger and surrounded by school leavers.. *g* Credts: Buggered ifI can remember.... er.. To be honest, I'd never heard of Eurovision before. But I was certainly interested in Eurovision after finding out Lordi was in. Plus, when they made the finals, I couldn't be happier - except of course when they won. Their victory was a triplefold treat for me - I like the band, they're a metal band that beat the pop and dance acts that too part, and they're Finnish (I'm half Finn myself). Go Lordi.

I sit and watched also Eurovision on Saturday. Most of the time me & my brother had that hilarious stupid smile like when smoking dope. It is a natural effect when watching Eurovision I am afraid. Finland's song was something. Glad they won :-) P.S. Do not worry about Britain's entry.... Most countries looked rather messy lol..
