Description

This was a monster render, (resized for the gallery) partly suggested by Buzzzzz, who wanted me to produce bigger imagery. Well, this was rendered overnight, and with postwork took a total of 14 hours... not a long time in some folks eyes, but as this is a "family computer", it caused a few frustrations, not least with my teenage daughter. Anyway, here it is. Comments and crits always appreciated, and thanks for viewing.

chuckling at the 'teen' daughter. I too used to cause a prob, till we got her a used one and now mine is mine and she daren't touch it. :) Rob, not only was this worth the wait, but the starkness of the terrain is it's beauty. Excellent colors, beautifully done gentler sky. Love the foreground perfect integration... amazing...

Bigger imagery? Sorry, except for a limited pano, it is difficult to get full impact of a picture unless you get to see most of it at a glance. Maybe Buzzzzz was referring to render size; not picture size. Rob, as usual, you deliver some of the finest work here in the community ...keep them coming!
