This is a prototype battle footwear for women (instead of those high heels that lame female comic characters wear--I mean... how the hell are you supposed to fight in pumps?).

Interesting idea, but a couple questions for you... How do the boots work? How heavy are they? How do they affect the way the heroine moves, fights, dances, etc? Does every section of the boot have a particular function, or is it more for looks? Do they help a person fly, and if so, what about those who can already fly? I'm not asking to be a pest, I'm just quite interested in the function more than the form.

Gaer, I would say this type of footwear is as heavy as your typical snowboarding boots. The wearer would still be able to move and fight as usual, but why would you bother dancing in these? Traditional pumps would be advisable. Yes, every section of the boot has a function: The knob by the ankle is to secure the foot; the metal bar and tip in front are there to absorb impact; the rubber under the shoe is, of course, for great traction; and the wheel-shaped device behind works as a booster for powerful kicks! They're literally "kick-ass" boots. And no, they can't help you fly. Have I answered your questions? Thank-you for your interest!
