The bottom nails might need to go through the feet, which will make it even more real. I would recommend getting it close to the image in Passion of the Christ movie. You are doing good there!

I doubt Jesus cares how his crucifixion looks, as long as one has excepted Him as their Savior; Salvation comes through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, and Faith in His resurrection!
