I'm an extremely liberal Democrat (hell, I want nationalized health care) and I despise Bush. But any nation that can't secure its own borders isn't a nation at all. The Romans eventually discovered that. BTW, visually a good render.

Nice clean render. About the wall though,.........seems to have worked just fine in Berlin.

Excellent render and yes, theres a problem with this wall. The Roman Limes, The Berlin Mauer and now this US Mexican Border, all the same arent they? No, they are not. All had different historical and political circumstances. This Wall (as well as the fences surrounding the spanish settlements in north africa) would be a wall against poverty, or to be precise against the poor. And the separation between the so called third and the first world questions our priviliged lifestyle and economic system. If the question of equality of chances isnt answered in respect to humanity, well have to build a higher wall every few years. Its right that a territorial state needs territorial borders, but it isnt said that they have to be secured by walls. Dont mix up nation and state.

So it's ok for them to sneak across the border, work at a job in the U.S. & get paid for it while not paying taxes, and use our welfare system for their family - even though they are not citizens? Well, if you want to pay higher & higher taxes and insurance premiums, then "no worries". Not to mention it gives U.S. employers and excuse for not treating people decent - Why bother when they can replace a citizen with an illegal & save money on wages.
