As an enthusiast I can vouch for the fact that while deeply engrossed in working with Bonsai trees one can become totally focused and relaxed, at peace with the world. This being the state of mind, which I imagine followers of Zen aim to achieve I think? Maybe I am being unduly speculative but I assume the title of this work ZENZAI alludes to this Anyway right or wrong, I like this - certainly a nice Bonsai!

This has always been one of my favorites of yours...in large part I think because it is VERY similar to something I used to draw freehand when I was doodling in class...and in part because I have tried to do it in software several times without success. I think this is the one I want framed. :) Excellent work sensai.

Oh wow, I love this image. I can picture it naturally sitting as an illustration in some novel. Or for that matter hanging in an art gallery. The tree is amazing, how'd you create it? Looks almost X-froggian.
