This is a vulture duck! Or perhaps it is a turkey duck? To be honest, I think it's a Rayburgimal on the loose! Anyway, found this guy swimming in the deep end of an obviously posted "No Trespassing" area. Thanks for looking, may your day be boldly adventurous and rewarding!
