Well, I myself am also a person who likes to read constructive critics on my work. It's a hobby for me, but that doesn't mean I don't want to improve right? With that explained I want to add that I most certainly am not someone who knows heaps but I do think I can perhaps give you some helpful comments. The 3d render itself is excellent in my opinion. I think the texture, lighting and pose is perfect for a portrait like this. The painted hair is in general not bad. The way the hair falls looks realistic to me (from the few times I tried to paint hair I can say that that is already a very good thing to be able to do). Perhaps some more detail would be nice. I also think you would like to practise on painting the parts where the hair and face touch (sorry english is not always easy for me so I hope you understand what I mean). I think you could benefit from some advice by someone who is good at painting on poser renders. Hope that helps a bit. :)

Excellent lighting, pose and texture. The hair looks good, but why didn't you used a 3D model ?? Kozaburo has really great hair for free (http://digitalbabes2.com/), so realist, they will fit wondefully with your model. Try them for your second post... :)

She looks great! I have a friend that I havn't seen for more than 10 years and this is how I think she looks like now. I agree with Rynn, where the hair grows from the head infront of the ear, I think that is to close to the eye, should be closer to the ear. But all in all, a good hair paint.
