Posted in a rush earlier and forot a few things -- and thanks for the comments -- yes, it's been a bad day :-(. Victoria 2 with Clothes Pack dress & Boots. Textures actually came with stuff I downloaded here: Eowyn's wonderful Shari skin tone, the finenetbump tex used as a transparency mask in specific areas of the dress (which is almost perfectly like one I really have) and something called bump 20 from someplace I don't recall. But it's wonderful with the dress -- gives it a very cloth like look...
