Very nice render. One way to make a wet skin in poser is by applying a high contrast noise/cellular bumpmap and setting the highlight close to 100% so the entire body is wet. Also play with the highlight color (close to white) as desired.

I really like the wings in this picture. The wings, the reflections, and the light are all amazing. Very good. A 10+++.
