Description
Saphira moped on the fountain....lucky it wasn't turned on...the stupid fish kept blowing bubbles below her....she wished her wings would hurry up and grow so she could 'get outta here'....she had turned 15 three days ago...so where were the darn things?........

Still experimenting with the Cartoon with line style....I am kinda enjoying it.
My first go at Anime hair...any hair at all actually...lol.
