It is said that the contemplation of true beauty leads one to the presence of the Divine. The Shaman of Compassion lives in a Golden Place, and it's beauty saturates her consciousness and her Being. Or perhaps it is the beauty of her heart that has created the Golden Place so that she may live within it.
Compassion is an expansion of the heart to feel the needs and desires of others - and to understand them, whether they be for good or for ill. The mercy of Diety is for those who cannot be entitled to the blessings of Diety without it.
