Description

Recovered from the ruins of a long destroyed city. This photograph perhaps give an indication of the events that transpired at the end. With all forms of digital and electronic storage wiped out from EMP or radioactive intrusion. Finds of such hard copy evidence are all that we have to aid us in reconstructing the last hours of this lost world. All Lightwave. HV effects, Particle effects etc. Photoshop used to Grayscale the image and to add weathering and film grain effects.

hey like the old look of it! only comments, with the brightness of that HUGE explosion, I would imagine the fill light would almost be completely black. Think of just taking a picture from inside your house at the outdoors and your house part is black...multiply this scenes light by 10000000 ;-) Also would love to see some angle or shake on the camera to add to this last desperation shot that someone snapped off. Just my 2 nice scene!

Hey Petes if you look at the HV's entry You'll see that the cloud is still Hot with internal flames that is why it does not render black. This is a derivitave of a image created for the Lightwave Forum HV challenge. You can see all of the entrants at this link. http://www.renderosity.com/contest.ez?contest_id=672
