Description
------------- The Cult of the Black Flame
Do not make the mistake of thinking that all the evil in the world hides beneath the rocks in the UnderDark or in dark lands shrouded in gray shadows. Evil dwells in the brightest sunshine as well. Case in point, the infamous Cult of the Black Flame.
It is said they arose somewhere in the deep jungles of Beotharn, or perhaps in the high mountains that separate the dinosaur infested lands of Awalawa from the rest of the dark continent. Whatever the case, they are known to worship one of the darkest of vile Gods, the Oinodaemon, the rotting Unholy Beast called Anthraxus. It is He who has given them the power to summon forth the Black Flame, a dark fire of unlife that consumes all in its path. If you cross this unholy abomination of magic, be prepared and be wary, for Black Flame feeds on life energy like normal fire feeds on sawdust.
And those that wield this unholy power? You might never guess who they are. They are not all Goat-kin or undead horrors as one would expect. Many are common looking, even beautiful, humans and elves, primitives from the jungle nations, and adventurers gone too long in the interior. Their cult has spread to the islands of the Taipai Sea, across to the swamps of Hellenia, and along the northern Beotharn coast to the Amazoko islands. You will find normally magic wary Barbarians from the Mallakites, the Gollites, and the Cebius amongst their hordes. And in the blazing sun of the Magani jungles and the Stygian desert, they hold their vile sacrifices in defiance of the light, not hiding from it.

Why do people make comments like that? I like her the way she is. Art is in the eyes of the artist, and if you know the artist, you learn a little of there tastes. I happen to "know" the artist's work and I enjoy it immensely. You wouldn't look at a Dali painting and say, "I really like it, but the sagging clocks are wierd. Fix those and I will love it." Personally I think TalonGE's trade mark is his glorious women, be they buff, voluptuous, lithe, or a combination of all of the above. Telling him to change his style to suit your tastes is not just inappropriate, it's rude and presumptuous. Personally, I say bravo, please continue in your style sir, and I will continue to partake in your pictures with joy.
