Description
I had to upload this one!!! My 10 year old son, Alec, got hooked on DAZ and with just a little bit of advice he came up with this picture. It's amazing (sometimes even frustrating) to see how fast these youngsters get the hang of computer programs.

WOW! The boy has a bright future, I'd say! My 9-year old son is also very creative art-wise, but I'm a little gun-shy about letting him do female figure renders in DAZ because the characters are initially nude. Maybe I'm WAAAAYY out of touch... How did you handle it?

First of all there is a distinct difference between nudity and sex. We are all naked, someone once said. Second, he is using the basic Victoria that came with DAZ, no nipples and gens, so actually it is no different from playing with a Barbie Doll, or Action Man.

Wow. Your son is good. I started rendering when I was 7. My dad had Poser 3. I used to get yelled at by my step mother for playing with "nude" people..

I agree with thide, it is never to early, to teach children the differences between artifical nudity and trash. ;-) Your son is very talented! Next step, I think, he should try something with the lighting. The face (head) could be a little brighter. Highest rating in respect to his young age. Best regards, Zwille.
