Description
Here it is. A Rarity. The entire train in one picture. Each car rendered seperately in VUE 5 and then pieced together in Photoshop elements.
I doubt there's a system -short of Pixar or some other big studio- that could render the entire train in one go- it's just too massive.
At best, you'd render the cars your project would focused on at the moment. It would have to be positioned in such a way as to hide the fact that the other cars aren't there.

great to see them all ..now only rail to them.. but ? unable to render em all ? to massive i dont get that it does not look that massive to me. anyway top work specialy because all the modeling is done i poser!! Chris

A tally-File by file: Engine- 7.52 mb Coal tender-16.3 mb Passenger car-5.32 mb Baggage Car-5.59 mb Flatbed car (munitions verison)6.96 mb Caboose- 3.29 mb Total - 42.98 mb This doesn't enclude, any environment or background. In VUE, I just left the default background in place. Just a basic railroad track would put it over 50.

Very cool but I would add some troups sitting on the flatcar with the tank and boxes. It was standerd SOP for the time.
