You can use this flower...this wed.....as food. From the spring when they turn up... You can use those slight,tiny leaf to salad and spice...when they still are lenient on it's taste. The flower can you use to make wine and liqueur.Or you can just boil it with honey and use it for your cough... This flower as also famous( here in Norway ) to get better from different kind of illness...like to much water in your body... make your salt balance stabile. It also be help you with you digestion.The plant are also consider as one of the best help to your liver and kidny pain. Dandelion seems to have success with eczema,rheumatism,gout and anemi.
