took this with Fuji s7000 3 years ago. I was sorting pictures and found it. the flowers are probably 1/4 to 3/8" in diameter so it gives you an idea of the size of the bee thanks so much for your visit and comments. I will be out of pocket til Sunday

Gorgeous! How did you get so close without her flying away? Wow! We never see honey bees around here anymore...very sad. I guess a lot got wiped out by a disease some time back. Truly amazing snap!

This is what you call UP CLOSE and PERSONAL Fantastic shot sweetie....got my test re scheduled for tomorrow hospital called me today the Dr is wanting to move up my surgery date...I see him now the 6th and hopefully will schedule my surgery the 13th instead of the 21st...
