Description
Just a little something for a wonderful artist and friend, Stefano (ThePinkus). Thank you so much for all the info and advice you have given me on dynamic clothing - I will post my experiments soon :)
The "heads" in this image were modeled in ZBrush and exported in Vue to create a backdrop, which was then loaded into Poser. I've always loved archeology and history and I guess the Olmec "heads" in La Venta kinda inspired me here... I'd love to see them for real :)

I guess she is the path guardian ? actually those Zbrush heads made me think of the "Pukel Men" statues ( think that's how it's spelt ?) from Lord of the Rings, very kool stuff Sabine. LOL & ~Cheers~ :o)

Wow! Gosh! Such an amazing dedication... I feel so honored! It is a great pleasure to share the little I know, especially with a kind friend and talented artist like You :)!!! The picture itself is so beautiful and I find all the "cross-program" work most interesting. BTW I was just reading a book on the mesoamerican civilizations! @jif3d - a good point remebering the Pukel-men on the road to Firienfeld (yep! I LOVE tLotR! I read it just some ten times ;)!), I guess we could say that the Olmec heads in reality and the Pukel-men in fantasy share sort of the same mistery, the one sorrounding a lost culture. And in the picture here the heads appear to me indeed ancient and indecipherable! Thank You so much again, Sabine! Stefano.
