Description

I am just into learning my psp9 and that and i was wondering if anyone out here might be able to help me to restore this picture or at the very least make a decent picture out of it for my mother this is her mother( my grandmother) who was brutally murdered by her husband and is the only picture my mother has of her and all her sisters and brothers Thank you in advance to anyone willing ;)

Do you have a higher rez version (hopefully much higher rez)? I would be glad to give it a shot (12+ years working with Photoshop)
