hi, tried again to achieve the terragen-look...I think I got pretty near, but what do YOU think ? ;) tfv :)

I would agree with you in part. However, if you want the Terragen look I would do the following: Expand your terrain at least 3x its size, that way distance fog and haze affect its distance appearance (ie. it will make it look as if the terrain extends far into the distance rather than up close) then I would tighten up the rock material. The grass mat looks simply outstanding and you have really succeeded in making realistic looking grass, but the rock is a little blurry. Other than that, your terrain work, lighting are fabulous. I say you have made an excellent VUE terrain image, but just a few minutes making a few minor adjustments and I think it will look more Terragen like. But what do I know. Excellent work---really!
