Description
My Wife has asked me to design us a cabin.
We've always wanted a lot out at the lake so we'd have a place to go to on weekends. This is a design I've been working on for about a month.
This is just an interior view of the dinning area.
Modeled and rendered in 3d Studio 4 with the trees in the window done in Vue.

Very nice work. The light hitting the furniture is superb.

All that light looks great! It is the most modern cabin I've seen in a while. Why not make the window a door? Or is that a sliding door? That would be nice. I hope all your plans work out the the way you hope!

nice way to make plans, looks like it would be a wonderful play to live, lake or no lake... are those cement walls?

Very good and thoughtfully placed lights. Maybe two things to comment on: It looks naked - a few accessories would make the image complete. The other point concerns the wood texture of the beams and kitches frames - the grain looks quite huge - resizing it to maybe 50 or even 30% would probably make it even more realistic. But other than that - man - you got it going there!
