Description

...an attempt to depict a special kind of landscape - the dry "heath" with the usual shrubs and grass and scattered trees, but dominated by the charactaristic heather bush and Junipers. This was a very common type of terrain in my country a 100 years ago, now it almost only exists in nature preservation areas. Now, this being so "Danish" I decided to use a genuine Danish sky as a photo alphaplane :) The usual toolbox: Vue5I, Onyxtree, Bantam3D Grass (also for the pebbles), Plantstudio and Photoshop for minor corrections, framing & signature. Some 4.000 mio polys, rendered in 2.5 hrs. in "Broadcast" with Global Ambience, 1600x1200 original render. Hope you like this, comments etc. very much welcome and appreciated. Have a nice day - Lars
