This is a beautiful picture! I think it's appeal is the simplicity of the yellow fields and sky with the hint of drama in an approaching thunderstorm. Maybe you could come up with an even more interesting picture if you could get the clouds more dramatic; ie: the cloud shapes more distinct and the cloud colors darker.
