I don't know if I'm quite finished with this yet, but didn't know how to make it better so I stopped playing with it - any suggestions?

It isn't my piece,so its tough to say if it is done,but as a surreal work,i think it is complete and very well composed

Very interesting idea, unusual and surreal. If I would change anything, it would be the texture on the chains, otherwise this is a wonderful and excellent piece of work.
